I hold space for transformation by honoring the body as a vessel of awareness, the breath as a bridge to the soul, and compassionate touch as a path to deep presence. Through teaching, travel, and therapeutic connection, I aim to share these ancient lineages with reverence, accessibility, and heart—supporting each person’s journey toward wholeness, rootedness, and liberation.
